Praise The Lord

I made this wallpaper a while ago for the game I'm making and I thought I share it with the world. It's a bit ideologically sensitive but I don't mind discussing the idea behind it.

I personally am Christian, just to put that out there before people with massive rage starts commenting. I respect the truth and science as well. Science, history and religion should not conflict with each other, instead, they should compliment each other.


For feedback, I want to know your opinions on not only the deviation, but also the concept behind it. I also want to know how is the color that I put in? Does the overall feeling feed into the concept and what about the contrast? I kind of overdid the contrast by a lot to show more of a grand feeling, is it a good approach?

And lastly about the feedback, if this idea is portrayed in a videogame, would you enjoy the game at all?
